Job Description:

Handle all chargeback and dispute process and ensure accurate reports from a customer / statutory / regulatory perspective are generated and submitted in accordance with SLAs.

Responsibilities:
  • Degree/Diploma with 3-4 years’ experience in Banking /financial sector/any relevant domains is a must.
  • Must be very fluent in English, strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer.
  • Able to work in 24X7 shift-based environment, and support implementations & scheduled releases.
  • Should have good working knowledge on banking procedures relates to card transactions
  • Ability to identify different use-cases and exceptions in charge back and dispute management
  • Should have a hands-on experience in Vroll (Visa), Master and Rupay in doing the charge back representation
  • Should have a complete understanding on charge back rules with respect to card holders, schemes, issuers and acquirers.
  • Ability to assess, analyze, resolve, and represent complicated concise communication
  • Hands-on experience with advanced excel
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to facilitate multiple discussions.
  • Reconcile transactions and accounts total daily and deal with any discrepancies as they arise
  • Use reports to enable reconciliations, investigations and taking follow up action as necessary
  • Ability to work independently on charge back and dispute management activities with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to achieve team goals and objectives
