Our Responsibility to the Community

Multi-Purpose Hall | Government LP School, Kadinamkulam, Trivandrum

Close to 150 students study in this school and most of these children are from economically less privileged families and their only means for progressing in life is the school. The school is very lucky to have a very supportive faculty, who are passionate about the well being of the students.

Apart from the classrooms, the school currently do not have any other infrastructure to help the students learn & develop extracurricular skills. To facilitate the all-round development of the students, the school is in dire need of a multi-purpose hall and sought help from Gemini for the project.

GEMINI is proud to undertake this prestigious project as part of our CSR initiative for 2022-2023.

Inaugurated on 16^th February 2023

The Inauguration of the Multi-purpose hall at Government LPS, Kadinamkulam was held on 16th February 2023. The hall was inaugurated by Mr. V. Sashi MLA (Chirayinkeezhu constituency).

Mr. Renjit Darwin, Director, Gemini Software Solutions dedicated the hall to the school in the presence of Ms. Sauda Beevi M, School Headmistress and other prominent leaders, government officials, teachers, various organization members, students and parents.

GEMINI also donated an audio system so that the hall is fully functional and can be used with immediate effect.

After the formal inauguration, cultural events were performed by the students of the school.

Foundation Stone Laid on 04^th November 2022

The Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the Multi-Purpose Hall at Government LP School, Kadinamkulam, Trivandrum was performed by our Director, Shri. Renjit Darwin on 04th November 2022.

The other participants who had graced the occasion were the School Principal- Smt. Souda Beevi, Ward Member- Shri. Kabeer, BRC Trainer- Shri. Dinesh, Panchayat President- Smt. Ajitha Ani, SMC Chairman-Smt. Asha Nathen, School teachers- Smt. Maya Devi and Shri. Lawrence, other teachers & staff, School Children, parents and GEMINI Staff.

Mother & Child Ward | Mental Health Centre - Peroorkada, Trivandrum

The ‘Government Mental Health Centre’ (GMHC) is a 150 year old, renowned mental health institution situated in Peroorkada, Trivandrum (Kerala). As per the directives of the Honourable Supreme Court and National Women’s Commission, GMHC was required to establish exclusive wards for ‘Mother & Child’ within the premises.

In relation to this, GEMINI received a request from GMHC to construct Mother & Child wards as part of the organization’s CSR initiative. Having understood the importance of the requirement and after a detailed study, GEMINI took up the project, constructed 2 wards with all facilities and handed over to GMHC within a short period of time.

This project was executed in coordination with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) as part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ programme.

Inaugurated on 11th May 2022

The 2 newly constructed ‘Mother & Child’ wards at the Government Mental Health Centre (GMHC) was inaugurated on 11th May 2022 at the GMHC premises by Dr. Sashi Tharoor (Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Trivandrum) and presided by Adv V.K. Prasanth (Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly). Mr. K. Sanil Kumar (Hon’ble CBI Judge and Chairman Taluk Legal Services Committee, Trivandrum) dedicated the building. Mr. Renjit Darwin, Director, Gemini Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. formally handed over the building to Dr. Anil Kumar, Superintendent, GHMC.

Foundation Stone Laid on 04th November 2021

The foundation stone of the ‘Mother & Child’ wards at Government Mental Health Centre was laid on 04th November 2021. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Kerala High Court Judge, Hon’ble Mr.Justice N.Anil Kumar and presided by the Adv V.K. Prasanth (Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly). Centralized Oxygen Supply System | Project Commissioned on August 2021

Chest Disease Hospital – Pulayanarkotta, Trivandrum

Considering the health crisis the country was facing and as a responsible organization, GEMINI was looking for an opportunity to contribute in Covid relief activities as part of the mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. It came to our attention the issues faced by the Chest Disease Hospital (CDH), Pulayanarkotta in Trivandrum. The hospital required setting up “Central Gas Manifold System” to supply oxygen safely & conveniently through a central supply of Oxygen sources to wallmounted outlets close to the patient's bed side. The requirement was for 55 beds. GEMINI undertook the project as part of CSR initiative and sponsored the entire work. This project was done in coordination with Confederation of Indian Industries Foundation (CII Foundation) and managed by State National Health Mission (NHM)

Smart Classrooms | Inaugurated on 01st June 2018

Chenkottukonam LP & Pre-Primary School, Trivandrum

Gemini Software Solutions Private Limited in coordination with Trivandrum Round Table 66 constructed and donated 4 new ‘Smart Classrooms’ at Chenkottukonam LP & Pre-Primary School. Sri. Kadakampally Surendran (Honourable Minister for Co-Operation, Tourism & Devaswom, Government of Kerala) inaugurated the new classrooms in presence of our respected CEO & MD Sri. K.K. Menon. The event was graced by the management and staff of Gemini Software Solutions, Chenkottukonam School and Trivandrum Round Table 66.
