Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in Talent and Vendor Management (TVM) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and management of external vendors. The HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive work culture and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management systems to drive individual and organizational success.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development plans.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing resolutions.
    • Conduct investigations and work towards maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and implement improvement strategies.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Identify and address skill gaps through training and development programs.
    • Work towards building a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Note: Proficiency in the Malayalam language is a prerequisite, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 9 years in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring, performance management, employee relations, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
