Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces, as well as creating engaging graphics and print materials for various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Implement designs using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
    • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
    • Design and develop CMS
  • Branding and Print Collateral:
    • Design and produce print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and promotional items.
    • Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage operations of the business unit.
    • Ensure efficient and effective processes are in place for product development, delivery, and support.
    • Monitor and optimize operational performance and productivity.
  • Digital Assets and Graphics:
    • Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website elements.
    • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Presentations:
    • Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for corporate, product, and project presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a UX/UI development role.
Key Skills:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript.
    • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
    • Knowledge of WordPress for designing and developing CMS websites.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices is an added advantage.
  • Design Skills:
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw).
    • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web interfaces, digital graphics, and print materials.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box..
