Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and referral checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
- Maintain a referral program to encourage employee referrals.
- HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and process Attendance, leave, payroll, HR records ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture within the organization.
- Assist and coordinate implementation of performance management systems.
- Help identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Participate in organizing company events and activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within HR operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in human resource management.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Preferably from IT industry
