Position Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and referral checks.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
    • Maintain a referral program to encourage employee referrals.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and process Attendance, leave, payroll, HR records ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
    • Promote a positive work environment and culture within the organization.
    • Assist and coordinate implementation of performance management systems.
    • Help identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Assist in audits and compliance checks as required.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Participate in organizing company events and activities.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within HR operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in human resource management.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Preferably from IT industry
